Simply visit our Order page and follow the 6-step booking process. You'll select your pickup address, bag count, any special preferences, and schedule a convenient time. We'll confirm your order and send you updates via text and email.
We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance, but we can often accommodate same-day requests depending on availability. For subscription customers, you can set up recurring pickups.

Our standard rate is $1.50 per pound with a $30 minimum order. Oversized items like comforters are $8 per load. Monthly subscriptions are $22/month with additional benefits. Use our cost calculator on the Services page for estimates.
No hidden fees! Pickup and delivery are always free. The only additional charges are for oversized items ($8 per load) and any special treatments you request. All pricing is transparent and shown upfront.
We use certified commercial scales at our facility. Your laundry is weighed clean and dry before processing. You'll receive a detailed receipt showing the exact weight and charges.
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash on delivery. All online payments are securely processed and you'll receive instant receipts.
We serve Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pace, and select areas of Milton. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, contact us and we'll let you know!
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours from pickup to delivery. Subscription customers receive priority processing. We'll provide an estimated delivery time when we pick up your items.
We'll make every effort to remove stains using professional techniques. If we can't improve a stain, there's no charge for that item. We'll always inform you before processing heavily stained items.
Yes! During ordering, you can specify delicate cycle, hang-dry, or return on hangers. We also offer special detergent options including hypoallergenic and eco-friendly choices.
We cannot process items contaminated with biohazards, heavily soiled with paint or chemicals, or items with extensive pet hair mats. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse unsanitary items with a $20 fee.
Our $22/month subscription provides priority service, 10% off additional orders, free oversized items (up to 2 loads/month), and loyalty rewards. It's a 22-month commitment but you can pause or cancel anytime.
Yes! You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months per year. Simply contact us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. Perfect for vacations or temporary moves.
You'll receive SMS and email updates at each stage: pickup confirmed, in processing, cleaned and ready, and out for delivery. Each order gets a unique tracking number for easy reference.
No problem! Just specify a safe pickup location (porch, garage, etc.) in your order. We'll follow your instructions and confirm completion via text. For deliveries, we'll leave items in the specified location and notify you.
Absolutely! We use barcode tracking for each order, have insurance coverage for lost items (up to $100 per item), and our staff is trained in proper garment handling. Your clothes are treated with the same care we'd give our own.
Currently, we focus on residential customers to ensure the best personal service. However, we're happy to discuss small business needs like uniforms or linens. Contact us for custom arrangements.
Use any bag or hamper you'd like - grocery bags, laundry bags, or hampers all work fine. We'll return your clothes in clean bags. Just make sure to accurately count your bags when ordering for smooth processing.
